Therapy begins with relationship. I believe meaningful change happens when people feel safe enough to become curious about themselves rather than critical of themselves. My work is collaborative, experiential, and grounded in the understanding that every behavior, emotion, and coping strategy has a story worth exploring. Together, we work to understand those patterns, reconnect with your strengths, and build greater trust in yourself.
Every person enters therapy with a unique story, so there is no one-size-fits-all approach. Some sessions focus on conversation and reflection, while others may include mindfulness, creative or experiential exercises, play, or immersive technologies such as virtual reality when appropriate.
